I have a 83 ram, one day the blower fan stopped working so I hooked it to 12v and it fired up I checked the plug and no power, I checked the fuse no power. I took out the fusible link and still nothing the resister looks good. I just cant figure it out, is there anything I'm missing or any common problems. Thank you

are you sure you replaced the right fusible link? it should be the orange one connected to the pink wire. if that doesn't solve your issue it is possible that you might have a bad ignition switch. also did you check the fuse with the key in the run position?

Yes it was the orange one, I'll have to take a look at the ignition switch but I'm pretty sure the man I bought it from just replaced it.

there is more than 1 orange fusible link tho. there is a orange fusible link connected to a red wire. you want the one connected to the pink wire

well if you have power at the fusible link and no power at the fuse pane it is possible you got a bad ignition switch. you can double check for power at the pink wire on the ignition switch connector in the cab.
