Ok, this isn't the biggest problem in the world, it's not a "major mod" or anything along those lines and call me **** if you want but...

What's the best way and/or product you've found to clean your windows? It just frustrates me to take the truck to a car wash, or spend the time to do it myself, and I end up with streaks all over the glass. Sometimes they look pretty good but then the sun gets low in the sky and it reveals the streaks. Also, I seem to get this light foggy looking film on the inside of the windows after a short amount of time. I suspect that might be from the vinyl dressing (Armor-All?) as after this last wash the guy cleaning the interior really overdid the dressing and I got what almost looked like fogged up windows on the inside for a few days after letting it sit in the sun with the windows up for a while.

Anyway, if anybody has some super secret product and/or technique to get windows crystal clear I'd appreciate hearing about it.

A little ammonia in water. Keep the doors open while you do it. Fresh air is your friend. And avoid the Armor All.

Over the years I used many products and the simplest works for me. A couple wet paper towels so it lets water drops on the inside of the window and then dry it off with dry paper towels until its completely dry.

Well, thanks for the responses. Interesting about all the Invisible Glass fans as that the last thing I tried and still got streaking. Used a microfiber with the aerosol IG, maybe the spray bottle is better? Saw a guy using a steam cleaner on a YouTube video. Maybe I need to get a buildup of old crap off the windows that way and then the IG will work better?

I also use only Invisible Glass. I love it! I would say to make sure you use good quality, clean microfiber towels. One for the inside one for the outside. Make sure you are NOT using any sort of fabric softener while drying your towels either...
A good tip I'd like to share is, when cleaning glass, use only up and down wipes on the inside and side to side on the outside. This way, when you do happen to get streaks or smears, you know what side of the glass they are on...

I use the aerosol Invisible Glass glass cleaner. Spray the window and wipe it down with a microfiber, repeat, then use another microfiber to do a final wipe after it fogs over.

This has already been said a couple of times but I'll say it again----you can use a clay bar on your windshield to insure it is perfectly clean before you use any glass cleaner.

I use a mix of alcohol, vinegar, and distilled water all equal parts. If the outside is real bad I will clay bar then use it. It dries instantly, no streaks, haze, nothing just clear glass.

When I had my windows tinted on a previous vehicle, the shop owner recommended Sprayway.

Do both the inside and outside. Outside I will clay bar then wax. Lasts longer than those sprays like rain x.

I’ll use another microfiber after I’ve cleaned the glass to get any film residue that may be left.

I use windex or turtle wax dash and window cleaner.
