Just noticed this when I pulled into my driveway a few minutes ago.

Looks like the driver's headlight has failed. High beams and fogs are fine though which are all v3s as well.

Has anyone else had this issue? Maybe it's just a ground or a driver problem?

Last pic is my passenger side light which is working fine. My switchbacks are working fine still too.

I have these lights as well and three weeks after I bought them the right light went out. They sent me a new one and a week later the left one went out. Tried to get my money back and they said I was over the 30 days for refunds and all they could do was send me another set of lights. No issues for about two weeks but won’t be surprised if these go out as well.

Wow that is crazy! I did so much research and these seemed like the best for our quad housings.

I doubtl they will do anything for me. Tomorrow morning I am going to call headlight revolution and see what they can do.

Such a bummer! I really like the lights.

When I sent both lights back, asked for a refund and they said no refund, the new set they sent didn’t have the canbus anti flicker module. Put the lights in anyway and found out I don’t need it. Lights haven’t flickered at all.

Had my low beams in over a year now and High beams I put in at Christmas with zero issues, (knocks on wood)

Hopefully you just got a bad batch and they will work well from here on

Headlight Revolution set me up great. I emailed them this morning about just after 6 and told them about my issue. They emailed me back within 15 minutes and said a new bulb will be on its way today free of charge. The lights have a two year warranty.

Who did you purchase them from?
I purchased a set of the V-3 ledd also for my wifes Jeep fogs, and another set for my ram fogs from Headlight Revoulation back in December. And so far no problems.

Got them from headlight Revolution. Didn’t have to pay for any shipping for the replacements, was just frustrated that they failed twice

After spending all that money on 3 sets of v3s I could have had projectors and hids. I wouldn't buy these leds again. My quads are going up for sale after the new led gets here.
Such a disappointment...

The v3s are a drastic improvement over stock but nothing compared to hids in a projector.

Agree they are a definite improvement over stock. I will be going the projector and HID route towards the end of the year.
