nice, I definitely want to take a trip out west I feel like id love to tackle a bit of the desert with my truck.
I haven't been camping in a long time. I feel like I should plan a trip soon lol
So here are some of my favorite shots from various adventures and projects around the house I've done over the summer.
had a big hole to fill in the yard so this shot was with the bed completely full to the cover with dirt to fill it
took the side steps off the truck to see how I...
it helps me monitor it. trans temp started spiking just to realize i was down some fluid and my pan gasket was leaking... i fixed it and havent had an issue since. gauges are helpful if you know how to diagnose with them. the essential gauges are in the dash but i like to monitor it in real...
I have trans temp in the pillar (dodges trannys suck so i want to monitor that since ive already had 2 issues with mine). i have water temp, fuel pressure and oil pressure in the bezel. water temp and fuel pressur are what i want to monitor in real time. especially water temp. the oil pressure...
I just mounted it inside the dashboard behind the bezel and the gauge pod. i do not have a kid nor plan on having one anytime soon, or know anyone with a young kid, so for now the airbag is left on. if needed all i need to do is pull the dash panel out and switch it off
Whats up guys? long time since I've been on and a lot has changed!
so I installed a Kenwood Dnx69s into my truck. I had 4 wires dangling out of my dashboard and it got very annoying so i decided to fix this problem. i had a a DOnor dash for a project i was doing before the doublew din, and it...
I'm surprised they totaled that... especially for a truck costing more than 60k... looks like all you needed was an axle, a couple suspension parts, maybe the front subframe, the obvious radiator and related parts, a couple panels and paint... either way I'm glad you were unharmed and are...
Thanks man. I'm changing them up a little bit. I'm still keeping the blue and white but insread of 3 all around like this where you can see them, I'm going to end up dojng 5 on top so they shine down only
i did a rough country 6 inch lift kit with a 1.5 inch coil spring spacer on top. i used 1996 ford f550 rear swaybar endlinks in order to make it work with the rack and pinion. also did a 4 inch block in the rear. and yes it is 2wd
hey guys im looking at getting a new set of wheels, im thinking either 20x12 or 20x14 chrome mo962. does anybody have any bad experiences with motometal? or these particular rims? just curious as to what i will be getting into
Look really good man. Im Doing something similar. But with a double din unit. I am getting g the metra double din adapter and hopefully moving the A/C controls down to the cubby and then the cubby mount gauge pod up. I am molding the gauge pod to the adapter as if it was a factory molded piece...
Should still kount the same spots. It's 2 bolts right in front of the seats and 2 bolts right behind them. Have someone help you and lift the entire seat bench out. I have a 40/20/40 sp mine is also not much of a bench
Exactly and just Do it yourself it can come out awesome. There are autobody shops that have a 2 part clear coat in a can that you can easily use to spray it. Buy the color code also that matches the outside of the paint and use plastic adhesion promoter. It'll come out sweet. That's what I am...
7.5 inch suspension lift and 35s with spacers
I like a bigger tire on a smaller rim.. if it was up tk me I'd have 18s but the rims came on the truck so I'm not complaining :D
Welcome to the family
