    Adam's Polishes

I use alot of Adams products, and yea i guess when compared to other brands like Mequiars, Mothers, and the like, they are a bit pricer. BUT.... the quality and results of their products are amazing! I believe in the whole "you get what you pay for" crowd. Yes, other brands out there do a good...

    wheel cleaning

I use Adams Deep wheel cleaner with their All Purpose cleaner, works great with minimal brushing, if any (maybe some brushing on tires but not on wheels). And...best of all...it doesn't smell like a bad fart whatsoever LOL. Turns a dark purple when its working...great stuff!

Anyone else have badly faded (black to grey) plastic trim..?

I use a product called "Trim Coat" on my daily driver Toyota Tacoma from a company called Shine Supply. I only use it on some of the smaller trim pieces, like on the rear bumper and the factory bed rails . Its basically a black dye, it can be a little messy if not properly used, but it DOES WORK...

    Adam's Review

I cant say enough good about Adams. They're double soft towels leave NO LINT whatsoever, theyre foam gun with theyre blue or pink car wash soap is phenomenal, the VRT dressing...second to none...oh and the deep wheel cleaner and all purpose cleaner...as Robert Palmer so beautifully put it...is...

    Wolfgang paint sealant

I 2nd Wolfgang 3.0 sealant. I use it on my daily, as well as the dually. Apply, wait 20 minutes, wipe off, then let cure and not get wet for 12 hours = some really good protection. As PULLYA said, pricey...a little, but you use such a minimal amount the bottle will last quite a while....

    Best soap?

1 2nd CHARONBLK on the Adams foam gun and car wash. I LOVE mine, and geez it foams like crazy....Meguiars gold, another gold general soap, I dont use it now but have on other vehicles.

    polishing pads

I 2nd those Lake Country pads. I use the 4" ones, and they are just great. Larger pads are tough to get in those smaller areas, I would rather use one pad for the whole thing vs. larger pads for the big areas, then have to swap out for a smaller one to do the nooks and crannies...

    rcsb hemi rare?

Got a Regular cab cummins dually....2004, not sure how rare they are but you sure don't see too many regular cab duallies, no matter what the brand. Sure they're out there, but you do see ALOT more crew cab or extended cab duallies over single cabs.

Looking at buying a 05' ram 1500 SLT

I would pass on that one as well....too many little "red flags" or at least yellow ones. I think if your patient on looking you will find a much better conditioned one, and with a Hemi...

    Black SRT10 22 wheels

LIke on mine, i almost went with black wheels. BUt since the entire body is black (mines a sport as well), I needed SOMETHING to break up all that black, so I powdercoated my 24.5s" metallic silver.....Also....I dont like when the tires arent totally black, almost like a brownish black on the...

Buying a truck with front end damage

Looks to me like theres a little more to fix that than "bumpers and stuff"...I see a new radiator, radiator support, and whatever was damaged on the motor when all that got pushed back into it. And thats just what I see in the picture....Its like an iceberg, you see a little bit on the surface...

Leaf Blower Drying - Gas, Corded, or Cordless

I use a Master Blaster. And although it is pricey, it does work well...the weight of my gas leaf blower is a little too much to hold it up and try to dry the roof. The master blaster is just a long hose with a tapered rubber nozzle on the end and the main canister is on the ground, so that works...

    Brush to wash truck

Ive got an 04 3500 with not a swirl on it....nothing. When you know the proper way to take care of a black truck, i.e. wash, dry, paint correct, maintain, etc. its not that hard. Just be prepared to put in a little more work to get it done.

Arent solid front axles for a 4WD? I have a 04 3500 Sport Dually and it has A-Arms (Independent Suspension)....and its a 2WD...there are 2WD Rams with solid front axles? Hard Water Stains

That cutting polish should do the trick, as I didnt have to go back over with any other finishing polish after. I just put my Wolfgang 2.0 sealant on it along with the paint. It may take a little longer, but I think you will like the results.

    Hard Water Stains

Had them almost that bad on my daily driver 2008 Tacoma and I got rid of them with my Porter Cable 7424 polisher, some orange Lake Country 4" foam pads (orange Lake Country pads have alot of cutting power), I used a good cutting polish (I use Shine Supply but there are many brands out...

    after 1000+ hand coats

I too use a PC 7424 for Paint correction on my dually and daily driver tacoma. Yea there are more expensive "better" polishers on the market, like a Rupe, Flex, Adams Cyclo, but im not a detail shop doing car after car after car that have been completely neglected paint wise and are in dire need...
