Bringing this one back from the dead.
I'm having the same issue on my 2009. I aired up all the tires and the light is still on. I noticed that only one of my wheels has the metal valve stem that I have know to by a TPMS stem. The rest are longer rubber stems. I one my 09 it also doesn't...
I really like this post and has just about everything I wanted to do also. Few things that I plan on doing differently is:
1. View the video on a factory head unit
2. Have the backup sensor turn on automatically with reverse, or stay on (I don't pull trailers very often)
3. I want a front...
I asked the same question last year and no on had the answer, but I thought that it had to be possible depending on the switch. By the sounds of it the switch sounds kinda complicated. I was hoping that you would just be able to wire in an aftermarket heated seat kit to the factory switches.
Just using the factory buttons is what I wanted to do. Basically just using them as a stand alone switch for the aftermarket heated seat kit. Is that possible to use them that way?

Damn. I was hoping by just using the switch that a aftermarket kit could just be wired into it and not use any of the factory modules

Wonder if you can use a kit like this and hook them up to factory heated seat switches since they only have 2 settings. Maybe JeepGuy can jump in on that question.
I haven't been able to find anything on the seats that came in my 09. They say "Commemorative Edition" on the front seats. All leather seems pretty new and stiff still. The over all condition of the truck is in really good shape for a 09 so the seats being in such good condition didn't really...
I put the same stuff in my arm rest console. Got tired of hearing things slide around. It took a bit of time to cut all 3 piece out as I wanted to have the dividers up. But no more sliding. Only thing I suggest is to put some double side tape on them if they roll up from being on the larger...
Jeepguy_1980, I might need to pick your brain once I start installing stuff. I want to install a good amount of factory options that didn't come with my truck.
I have a regular head unit and need to decide if going aftermarket or factory would be the best route.
I have read that the...
If i remember right from when I worked with auto glass, the part that is different for auto sensing wipers is just a rough spot where the sensor glues on. I believe they will work on a regular windshield also.
what about tapping your turn signal up or down just before it clicks and your signal will blink 3 times and stop. I like it for lane changes or merging.
I have had a chrysler dealer program keys I got for my Jeep before. Since you need to change the code on your fob you have to go to the dealer no matter what. So 1 or 2 fobs from ebay and go to the dealer. When I went they charged me 1 flat fee and I had them cut a key and program a key and...
I was reading the manual the other day since I just got my truck, you can go to the dealership and get them reprogrammed so that other key can't be used. I would order a replacement from Ebay or wherever to replace it first tho so you don't have to pay to get another key programed in the future.
Thanks Jared. I want the touch screen unit for back up camera and such but probably won't use the navigation. I was going to get the uconnect kit for my existing head unit until I get the touch screen unit. My SLT doesn't have very many options so going to slowly get it to where I want it to be.
