    Both front panels open. Also it is hard to see in this picture, but you can see them in some of the previous pics. The cover comes with 4 tie down clets because you can haul stuff on top of it.

    Just the back section open....this section can very easily fold 180 degrees to rest on top on the front panels if you have over large cargo just by removing the gas shocks...

    Thanks for the advice about the water issue. I think the best part about this set up is how it kind of brings an old school "muscle" look to the truck. When you pop that hood, I am sure people are pretty impressed because it looks so different than anything newer cars come with now a days...
