    Mine does this, too. Talked to my buddy that is a tech, and he said they keep the switches in stock for that reason. He said it's a pretty common problem. Getting mine done Monday.

    Did you buy your truck new? It should have come with the sleeve, although I'd try to go with a 2.5" hitch if possible. I use the sleeve with a 10" drop, and there is a ton of slop.

    I have a B&W turnover ball in mine. I love it. I rarely tow, so being able to use the whole bed was important to me. I have only towed an 8k trailer so far, but everything worked as it should. From reading other forums, B&W seems to be the way to go.
