    Procomp has a set that do 2.5" IIRC. I'd go with Bilstein myself. Want to eventually, just to broke lol. They were always out of stock when I had the cash and the cash always got spent by the time they were in stock lol. Whatever ya do, don't go over 2.5". Anything more will destroy your front...

    Oh gotcha. With IFS I find you don't need more 2" extra clearance really. For everything you're gonna do with IFS that's good enough. Heck with mine at stock height and a good set of tires I've gone through some nasty $h!t to get places I'm goin, like back woods boat launches.

    Plasti dip ftw! I've got my grille done in the stuff, looks 1000x better than the chrome. Mods sound good, for levelling kit look at bilstein 5100 adjustable or rancho quick lift (QL1 I think is the name). Stay away from spacers, they wreak even more havoc in IFS then on solid front ends...

    Oh you never leave the 2nd gen group haha. Wait til you've been driving it for a month or and get a feel for the fuel mileage, you'll never look back haha. I must admit I looked for blue to, but got to good a deal on this one to pass it up. Any mods planned for it?

    Its not an upgrade, its a waste of cash. Steering stabilizers do nothing other than hide front end problems. Put that cash in your gas tank instead.

    I think the reason they cost more for bigger rim widths is tires are actually harder to manufacture. I remember reading that somewhere. Another point to consider is if you ever upgrade trucks to a newer vehicle, ie 02+ dodge, you won't be able to use even 16" rims, as 17"s will be the smallest...

    I'd recommend 17" wheels, far more tire choices available. 15's can fit but its a pita. Save your time and just get 16 or 17's.

    Axle swap

    You'll need different hangars for the 2500 leaves IIRC. Front should bolt in no issue, rear you'll need a short drive shaft. Just grab one from a 2500 of the same configuration (short bed extenda cab, etc).

    Don't waste cash on the 9.25 if you plan to lift and get bigger tires. D60 would be sufficient.
