The name of the app is aCar Fuelly from the Google Play store. Btw, I guess I was a little deep in the bottle when I posted that because my truck is a 6.7.
From everything I have read the 305/40s will rub at full lock. I'm looking to go with 285/45s when I do it here soon...unless someone convinces me otherwise
I thought the same thing. I jumpered my output from head unit to speakers and got no sound. I slaved in my speakers to another stereo and they worked. I also slaved another speaker directly to the head unit and again got nothing. ..it's not the loc.
Quick update, hopefully someone will share some insight to my issue.
Dealership sent out an audio guy who confirmed there was no signal going to my LOC and recommended the dealership to replace the head unit. Today the head unit was replaced with a factory fresh OEM unit. The result? Same...
So, my '13 CC was in the shop today for a check engine light. While they had my truck they completed a software update on my factory stereo. I'm not sure the model stereo but it's the 5.0" touchscreen without nav. Anyhow, after the update my front channel is gone. I have my amp off of the front...
Baum that is correct. They are only unlatched for as long as you want them that way. For mine I have to lift the bottom about 45-50 degrees from horizontal to get it unlatched but if you use more spacers I would assume less lift is required.
Here's my spacer setup.
These next two are the hook...
I don't have pictures but I'll try to explain better.
Once you remove the four bolts and put the spacers between the floor and seat brackets you're done with the 'mod'. To flip the back portion down you lift up the seat bottom as if you were getting under there. When you lift the bottom it...
I just did this on my '13 CC this weekend. Remove the four bolts holding the seat down then add about 5/8" of spacers (washers, nuts, etc) between the seat base and the floor. Bolt it all down and you're done.
Mine did the same thing to me the other day. I have no clue why it happened but I tried again and it started right up like there was no issue. FWIT, mine is a '13 with 2k miles and the key has never seen water. So far this has been the only instance so I'll stand by and see what happens.
I have a picture of me and my wife in there and I also toss my glasses in there when they are not needed. Granted the picture is old fashioned and the glasses can go in the the armrest but that's how I use mine.
I had them on the car I traded in for the Ram and now that I don't have heated seats I miss them. If you already have the seat apart you would be silly not to.
