start with switching coils se if the miss fire changes place if yes your coils gone
look up what the reading should be on you cam sensor not shure what the exact reading should be of hand but prob with multimeter and se if its out of spec

correct me if I am wrong but you could cut down that time a lot by removing positive and negative and touching them together for a lil that would drain the capacitors faster then 2 hrs im no genious or noting but I think that's a lot easyer then waiting 2 hours to do that
