Is anyone running longtube headers on their truck? How low do they hang? Trying to see if I have room for longtubes on my lowered truck or if I'm stuck with shorties.

There won't be hardly any weight in the back I just don't want it to squat if I put a trailer with a 5-800 pound tinge weight on the back of it.

My Durango and the other 150+ thousand Durango's are all that way. Never seen one break a u bolt. My truck isn't going to see a lot of weight anyway.

Why do you say that? I'm not just swapping springs and hoping to lowervit. I am doing an axle flip and adding traction bars at the same time.

My rear leaf springs are de arched and so weak I can twist my rearend up just buy having a ratchet on the pinion nut. Seeing as I am lowering the rear of it and do plan on still using the truck I would like to put 250 springs under it if possible. Would the 3/4 ton springs be a bolt in...
Well found and fixed my brake light short. Was the two wires that lay on the floor of the cab and go rearward. They had a bad spot where my foot has sat on it. That's why sometimes it would short and sometimes it wouldn't.
I don't have a horn switch or a horn anymore havnt in a very long time and it never did this so I know that's not it

What is the crossover years for the radiator supports? I have good 90 model support I need to use on my truck. What year grills will fit? If I have to I may cut and redo the buckets so i can keep my 84 grill.
I have my 84 d100 and the fuel sending unit is bad it runs fine but gas gauge part is fubared. I am running a no name ebay electric fuel pump for carbed applications. I have a 1990 D150 gas tank, its the 30 gallon mine is a 20 gallon I think.
Will that tank fit in my truck?
I would like...
Its my sending unit the arm is very stiff and doesnt want to rotate up and down correctly. I know they don't make a direct fit but does anyone have an idea what I can get to make my gauge work?
I am using the bearings that were already on his truck with the 82 rotors and it fits fine, the old bearings with the ordered 81 did not fit so I have no clue whats going on.
I know they have a different bolt pattern 5x5 vs 5x4.5 I just did it to see if it would fit. His truck according to the door jamb has the 2600lb axle. The 82 2600lb rotors fit fine.
I just wanted to let you guys know if your ever working on a 81 and you can't seem to find rotors to fit.
Dad went to autozone and got rotors for his 81 wouldnt fit tried another pair still wouldnt, went to O'reillys they wouldnt fit. I for shits and giggles grabbed a spair 93 b250 rotor I...
