Potential Header install on 2012 Ram 1500

I've found a ton if great information in quite a few pinned threads, thanks to all of those that contribute to the wealth of knowledge here! I have a 2012 1500 Laramie that is sitting at 116k, I've had her since 5k miles, she has been a great truck. I have had to deal with the exhaust bolt...

    2012 Ram 1500 5.7 bad fuel economy?

I average about 13.5 mpg on my 2012 also. I just hit 50K miles, I haven't gotten around to changing the plugs yet but I bought them a few weeks ago. All other items are same as my signature states. If you have an android phone, I use Fuelio, which is a great app, lots of stats and breakdowns...

Anyone else have badly faded (black to grey) plastic trim..?

So just any old liquid shoe polish? I too have used the Forever Black and it has lasted well over a year. Did you use it on other trim or rubber pieces also?

    Mopar Catback

I am almost certain that the Mopar performance exhaust is a rebranded Borla already, I have it on mine and it sounds great. I too am contemplating throwing some LT headers on my truck.

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

Well as we all suspected, the spacer kit was left in. It appears the head mechanic wasn't there that day which lead to some confusion by the more junior techs, they took the fronts back out, REMOVED the spacers, 5100's set at 2.1, replaced the upper ball joints, washed & waxed and returned to my...

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

Thank you all for the feedback, I greatly appreciate it. So with no spacer in the back, just shocks, should I have the fronts moved to 2.4 in order to keep the level look? I am certain I won't ever go any bigger tire wise (305/55/20). Have folks always done the 2.8 or should I have them set to...

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

Good observation RubberFrog, I was thinking they needed to be in there more but I have never messed with them so I don't know for sure. So it must be safe to assume that these are still up in the housing?

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

So here is a pick of one of the removed front shocks. It looks like it is all there and just the rubber bumper on top, so I am almost certain now that somehow the have the mopar kit still in there and installed the bilstein's with it?? What kind of concerns should I have about ball joints and...

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

@ricksram, no it seems to be riding very smooth, no vibration or noises, it is actually quite nice but the weird height look was bothering me. I tried to look at the tops as best I could, I def don't see the spacers in the boxes of things they took off the truck which scares me a little. The...

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

When I took these pics, I just rotated the wheel all the way to other side so I can get a good shot of the shock. I will take some new ones in a moment. I will also check the boxes to see if the spacers are in them. Thank you all for your input. I will update with pics

From Spacer level to Bilstein's, is something WRONG?

So the first picture is of my Mopar spacer level kit, tire size is the same 305/55/20's. I liked the look of how the wheels "fit". The 2nd picture, bilsteins set to 2.8, work was just completed a few hours ago, I figure there is some settling to do but how much? I feel like the tires look...

    Mevotech and Bilstien 5100

So a few questions for those that have been commenting, I am not replacing UCA's, I did however purchase the Bils for front and rear. Front 2.8 Rear .4 ? I am currently leveled via spacers up front, how long after the installation should I wait before getting alignment? Is the wait...

Finally done 4" SuperLift w/35" Trail Grapplers

Yeah that does look nice, I will show a pic of mine as it sits now (that was in my slanted driveway), I am thinking of going up to 275/65/20 and I would okay with less than a 2" rake, 1 or 1.5 especially if I go up to that tire size.
