Yes, it was genuine part. We tried applying current on the old one and new ones and nothing. They don't work that way or something the mechanic at the shop said. We had the forks in in the slot also. There is an electric actuator on the front axle. All vehicles after 2013 have them I guess. Because the one that fits mine is for 2013 to 2018. I wish it was all manual. Truck won't go in 4 wheel drive
They replaced the computer 3 times. Because they fried it twice. And the wiring harness was melted and they spliced it all back together like a pre-schoolers. And the fuse box was replaced. Which I've been having trouble with. But there is no fuse for the 4 wheel drive. And no relay for it...- Donelam304

I checked the linkage. It's all good. Can even feel it inside the transfer case moving. I have no power or anything at the electric box on the front differential. And I don't see a fuse in the listing. But then again, my horn isn't working and the fuse in it is good also. Don't see a relay for...- Donelam304
