    When the sparkplugs got old on my 2006 Hemi it had trouble starting down below 10°F. Changed the plugs and that fixed it.

    Driveline "clunk" sound

    Try changing the transfer case fluid. With my foot on the brake a shifting into drive or reverse my '06 would make a very loud clank. Changed the T case fluid and it sounded much better.

    Engine noise help needed

    My 2006 2500 Hemi sounded the same after being rebuilt. Turned out to be a leaking exhaust manifold gasket. In my case I used a gasket for a 1500 Ram so the gasket wasn't sealing the EGR port on the cylinder head.

    I saw a Ram at a campground a few years ago that a turbocharger on the slant six. I guess it made enough power to haul a pickup camper on the back.

    You're welcome. No reliability issues that I'm aware of, it would be no different than turning the MDS off with a tuner.     Need some serious help

    I had similar issues with my '85 360, it would stumble and act fuel starved after the engine was warmed up and under load. It ended up being vapor lock. I installed an inline electric fuel pump and that took care of it.

    Oil pan gasket

    I put a small dab of RTV on the four corners of the engine block, where the block meets the front cover and the rear main seal. A new windage tray should come with a small tube of black RTV.

    82 wont start

    There is gas in the tank right? A fuel pump on an '82 is cheap and easy to replace. If you replace the fuel pump and it still won't pull gas then I'd look for a clogged fuel line or a hole in the line somewhere.

    Loose threads

    I had some stripped out holes on my '06 Hemi and ended up using exhaust manifold bolts for the 4th Gen Hemi. They're a little longer, maybe 5 or 6 extra threads and snugged up nice.
