    Bedrug

    I also recommend looking into the BedTred. I like it a lot. Its a cross between spray in and rug. Its softer to kneel on than spray, but easier to clean than the bedrug. I've had both a bedrug and bedtred. It fits the same as the bedrug though

    Last year, I was somewhere around 80% of MSRP. Also, I am happy with my 3.73 when DD or camping with an 8k trailer, and I pull over Oregon sized mountains easily.

    I'm confused, how does MDS stay on at the higher power band? That means higher revs right? My MDS stays on at low revs and goes off at higher revs. I think I saw the criteria for MDS before and thought it was below 2000.

    My trailer is too much for a 1500 at 8K due to payload, and the 3.73s are fine for me. I get about 13mpg with a daily 2x6 mile commute and 2 x 30 mile highways per week.

    I find that hard to believe. Does he catch huge fish too? On fuelly, pulling up the filters for 6.4 vs the 6.7 CT, the average for all 6.4 is 13 which lines up with what you are getting. The average for 6.7CTD is clearly around 16-17. So if you guys are both driving the same...

    Loosely looking at a new truck

    Agree for your use, gas is better. short tripping it, and the diesel doesn't warm up, is not going to give much MPG difference from what I've seen on Fuelly. If I did it again, I'd go for the 4.10 gears too.
