    Got it back from the body shop. Damage repair looks fine but the paint looks like an orange peel... Way worse than the factory paint. Shop says to bring it back in two weeks and they should be able to polish it out.... The repair on my wife's van is worse. Orange peel paint, body panels not...

    Don't paint if a UV clear of some kind is an option. We're nozel holes an option from the manufacturer? He might have some insight or directions on how to install.

    Mostly a like to do list as the "honey do list" is pretty big this summer with moving into a new place. -Install FXR and Matchbox projectors, halo's and new HID's in the lows and fogs (parts in the garage) -have the 18" Magnaflow and Y Pipe installed (parts in the garage) -Black 5" exhaust tips...

    I'm not gonna lie man. Opening the stock lights up was a *****. As for details I can't recall the exact temps/times I went with. I PM'd JJ at Retro Shop and he provided me that info. I used a small knife to cut a slit a the pointy end of the light, otherwise I couldn't get it over the lip...

    I just used extra strength oven cleaner to strip as much of the chrome paint as possible off the shrouds. Then I primer with duplicolor plastic specific primer and the paint color of your choice. I used duplicolor for the paint as well. My heads and fogs are getting opened up again soon for...

    On the ay home from work today and had a check gas cap message come up on my EVIC. Stopped, shut off the truck, opened up the cap retightend and the message came back on right after starting up. Any ideas or should I bring it into the dealer?

    Thanks guys. Are the Kicker "Kick" part numbers Mopar part numbers. I can't seem to find them from any Canadian retailers. Also how would the Kickers stack up against the JL audio C2 line?

    Brought it into the body shop to get the damage estimate done for the insurance claim. Looks like it's gonna need a new door skin on the rear drivers side.

    Help me pick a new HU...

    Still using the suction cup that came with the Garmin I picked up. It's working for now but I might try one of the ones that clip into the vents.
