Shock Limit Straps... ??
Apparently you just figure out where you want to mount them top and bottom and measure distance between the two. they come in one inch increments from 8" to 40" from what I've seen online and there are a few that custom build but they get pretty spendy- rebel89820

I would DEFINITELY replace them... just because of the simple fact that they are cheap (usually included in any install kit) and if one breaks or backs itself out it WILL destroy that expensive new differential.
