    Glad you found the problem. Modern vehicles don't have a simple switch anymore for the brake pedal. A typical automotive position sensor operates in the 0-5V range, in case of the brake pedal they actually use two of them for redundancy.

    2014 3.6 V6 Radiator fan only runs on low

    IIRC the fan has three connections, power, ground and the PWM control signal. I'd start checking that power and ground are good, a high resistance ground will cause all sorts of weird issues. If you have AlfaOBD you can control the PWM pulse width and monitor with a low amp test light.
