Well i went inactive on here for the last couple months but im back. Had to catch up on bills and went on vaca. along with mopars at etown this past weekend.
Haven't been on here in awhile but had the truck on the road after its long sleep and blew two brake lines. So ordered the full kit from finelines for my truck. Just waiting on ups still.
Well either i burned the valves over cylinder 2 or the head cracked. due to rain i cant pull the head off, but looks like its time to upgrade. thats my kind of day
That aal is 3" wide. Trust me I ordered it thinking the same thing and it was too wide. They are actually still sitting in my shed cause I have no use for em
My Truck decided to "eat" its 2nd crank sensor today and now something in the flexplate area is now whinning like crazy on start up and stays there, after replacing said crank sensor.
Definitely sounds like a IACV, check it to see if it has oil residual on it, if so your plenum gasket was most likely the culprit for making the IACV act up.
There is a charity event (Beer present) called trucks for pups on 130 at Station in cranbury. End of may i believe ill have more details this weekend. If anyone is interested ill most likely be there with my girl and the pups. A local 4wheel club is hosting this also.
I cut mine above where the adjuster is, in the straighter part of the linkage. Sorry for the pic angle but standing on a ladder and leaning over is a pain lol
On a side note: The peice that came with the kit, made my shift linkage so long that it hit the control arm mount. so i only added in maybe 1 - 1.25" total to my linkage
I just did the body lift. Your going to be taking the linkage off that runs close to the firewall, and has the adjuster on the bottom of it. If you need a picture i can go take one
