    Using the factory 8.4 bezel is kind of the holy grail. It's not plug and play, and no one has really been able to pull it off 100%. There is a huge thread on another site, and one I started here as well. To put it simply the climate plug is different and will not work.

    Major page update! I like that rotary MUCH better. The switch isn't terrible, but rotary is just natural for volume control. Looks like mid February targeted release. I will definitely make this purchase.

    This is why I never installed mine. The dash trim wouldn't stay snapped in place on the upper right. I'm just holding out for the rotary option.

    They updated the page today to say they are working on a rotary option instead of the rocker switch. If they did that I am much more inclined to get one. Add some of the additional buttons and I may be sold.

    The base unit is the RA3 and an upgrade to the RA4. RA3 does not come with Nav but can be upgraded. The RA4 has a superior nav with terrain and traffic as well as an HD radio receiver.
