    Been having some issues also. If i brake hard, oil gauge will drop and check gauges indicator comes on. But then goes back to normal and its good. Sometimes stalls at low rpm but starts back up and is fine. Idel air control valve? 2004 1500 5.7L Reg cab 2wd 187,000 miles.

    RAM 1500 - AC not blowing cold

    Was having same problem in my 04 5.7L. Ac only blew cold while driving, but hot at sitting at idle or very slow traffic. Shop i had look at it drained all my freon. Idiot. I Replaced the condenser fan, just need to add freon now.

    Camping in a 3rd gen

    So my wife and I are going the Bonnaroo, which is the biggest outdoor music festival in the united states in June. Gonna be camping for 4 days. Gonna be ordering a truck bed tent. Anyone ever use one? If so how do you like it? I've got a 2004 1500 single cab short bed.

    Mileage on your 3rd Gen.?

    2004 5.7L 143,351 miles. Reg cab short bed, 4x2. Have had it for almost a month. Love it.

    What did you do to your Gen3 today?

    Seafoamed my Ram today. Used half can in brake booster vacuum and half can in the gas tank. Was gonna put it in the crankcase but changed oil and filter last weekend.

    Good price for muffler and getting it welded in. There is a dude that lives down the road from me that has a welding shop at his house. Thought about stopping by and seeing if he could weld up a new muffler for me.

    What did you do to your Gen3 today?

    Changed my oil yesterday for the first time since I had my truck. 143,000 miles. Running castrol gtx 5w30 synthetic blend and purolator oil filter. Gonna rewire the aftermarket fog lights on my days off this week.

    Shaking from 55-70MPH

    My 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee has a nasty shake too. was told it was the ball joints. My Ram has a lil shake when braking from low speeds.

    What did you do to your Gen3 today?

    Cleaned the battery terminals, checked fluids, and blew out the air filter. Need to get a new air filter and change the oil. Im a new Dodge Ram owner. Bought a 2004 Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi single cab last week.
