    No it’s pretty fast, just make sure when you install all your bed drains are clean. I had a new one installed in my 21 and I had to get a pick to get all the rust pieces that fell in the holes from the transport truck trailer raining down in the bed.

    Awesome truck and it seems the nest deals are in CA as I bought mine in Elk Grove. I got weather techs and it’s good coverage but a bit slippery under the gas pedal initially. I sanded mine a bit to get grippy.

I would imagine it’s the same as swapping to the 12” as far as the new module, cable, display and bezel. i Would search that 12” conversion thread...

    With M2mods wiring harness then yes the 8.4” and AC module would be two pieces. The bezel setup is dual zone so you would have to check with him to see if that works as well as I didn’t have it installed. I did use the 8.4” though before I changed to the UAS version.
