    Viscosity of a particular oil grade is a range. You either have a light 40 weight or heavy 30 weight grade oil. They do not fall in decimal or half grades when mixing. There is calculators to figure out what grade you actually have if you have the tech data sheets of the oil used.

    It is intellectual laziness. Like people who post the simplest of questions that could be answered readily by looking in the owners manual. It easier for them to just try and crowd source an answer and let others do the heavy lifting than just figure it out with the means already available to them.

    What a mess. The only way I can see it getting sorted especially if moving to a emissions testing area/state, is to get the vehicle deemed and titled as what the frame and powertrain is.

    Roadside assistance is contracted out third party. Dealership has nothing to do with it. Also, response times could be 30 minutes or 3+ hours.

    Being that all the RAM HD's are made in Mexico does not help with Government contracts. Ford and GM have at least some USA manufacturing presence for their HD models.

    I get the technical detail of what you are saying, but I doubt anybody was confused by inclusion of the word "Dodge". That legacy association is a hard thing to drop out of peoples minds.

    Like to know where that 92 number sold in the last 45 days came from? Simple math of how many RAM dealers there is vs. that numbers gives like a less than tenth of a vehicle sold per dealer.
