really digging this idea. im about to start pricing this vs linear actuators like topperlift uses. i’m all for building it DIY.
did you tie all the jacks into one switch?
Have you tried taking to Facebook or Twitter to get in touch with Sprintex? It’s pretty appalling how they are treating you. I would imagine other potential customers would like to know. I would *also* imagine that Sprintex would prefer to not have the bad publicity of your experience. You may...
just read this whole thread, is it cruel to say that i’m excited to have found you approaching the finish line instead of crossing it?
sorry for your woes. i know how frustrating it can be to be waiting in the lurch on a company for updates.
i will say you are one talented and well-written...
just added this pic above, but here’s a good idea.
i trimmed down the plastic portion of the glass, drilled holes, and bolted a garage door seal (this was the heaviest flex barrier i found) and trimmed it. it worked great

definitely. i bought this one off a 2005 ram 2500 for around $500. modifying the seal was actually pretty easy.
feel free to shoot me a message and ask any additional questions if you need. i dont want to derail your thread.

i dont have one for sale, nor do i have this truck anymore. just wanted to let you know that i had a 3rd gen shell on my 4th gen 6.4 foot bed. i had to modify the rear seal a little, but it fit the body lines and paint color extremely well. it may broaden your search and make things easier...
installation in these trucks is a breeze. there’s a pretty decent amount of room behind the radio. I wouldn’t pay a company to do it unless you just prefer to have someone else do it for warranty purposes.
I used the metra dash kit for like 15 bucks. I think all in, with the $150 harness, i’m...
hey thanks! bags are not bad at all, hardest part will be pulling the fender liners to hide your hoses nicely. it’s a straightforward install otherwise
thanks!

went with a Vision Manx 2 in a 20x9” with a -12mm offset
I also am starting the next step on my audio build.
super excited to see how they turn out. they’re made for the ram’s fitment so I have high hopes.

dont mind at all, it's a GCI Master cook camp kitchen. I got it for a crazy deal on amazon, $45 bucks with prime. i haven't seen it nearly that cheap since, but even at $125 it's a good enough quality to pay that. super convenient setup with the sink and drain...
started a new job (again) recently back in my original hometown, so been offline with the truck. did add some side steps yesterday though that I actually do like. i’m not really a fan of steps, but until I can get amp steps, these should quiet my lady down.

installed some cheapo $120 hoop steps from ebay. now my lady can stop griping at me for being too short!
I admit they do make some of the other black stuff “pop”...I want amp steps eventually though.

Here is the one i have. No complaints, everything has stood up just fine to well over 100* humid heat here in Texas. I wired a fused dual 12v outlet behind the dash, and hid the wires completely behind the...
appreciate ya brother. ironman all country M/T on the stock express 20's. I like the setup!
the truck does fine on the beach. i dont get too crazy, but it gets through soft stuff alright. airing down would help but i never do
