    Any ram pre 13 doesn't need sales codes flashed but in 13+ the require sales codes to get features to work that were added after it left the factory.

    So if anyone is interested the sales codes to get the mirrors to adjust properly when they are flipped up, it is ( LEG ). I had this done on my 2014 bighorn when I installed tow mirrors. After flash worked properly. Hope this helps.

    Yeah I did and they wanted my VIN as well but since my truck only came with basic options they only want to give the one with traction control and tow/haul buttons. They obviously are not compidient enough to look up other part numbers for higher option trucks without the Vin.

    I've had multiple codes done just try to get them done all at the same time to make it with it. They can only charge you one visit but you can do as many as you want in that visit. I paid about 90 for mine.

    I know it's a little late but on the USB connector in the dash. The cable runs up behind the upper glove box. Just remove the upper glove box and to the left in the dash reinforcement bar there is where the USB cable hooks up with the truck harness

    Airborne 63 is correct take it back to them and tell them they forgot to flash the "LEG" sales code. that will fix your problem and allow them to adjust properly when they are in the rotated up position

    I heard their are people that have found tow mirrors with all those options. But from what I seen they got them from the dealer. All I have been able to find in tow mirrors is heated, puddles and turn signals. I haven't seen any with power fold options.

    No, no problem at all. Just head up there and tell them the 3 sales codes you want flashed pay their fee and your on your way.
