    Flo pro have been my favorite to use kit. They had some issues with the epa and pulled their kits from the US to my knowledge. Mbrp has some nice kits but I hate the way they mount the systems. They may have changed that though im not sure.

    Ive never heard of a wobble coming from the back but upgraded shocks and bags would help the ride quality with the welder in the back for sure. Night and day difference. Most like fox 2.0 or bilstein 5100 shocks

    Do you know how much fuel is in the tank? Do you know how the supply is hooked up? Should be able to pull the supply line to the fuel tank and get a 5 gallon bucket with some diesel in it and see if it will pump from there?
