    Did you try pulling the battery cables? I had an issue with my head unit where an update bricked it. pulled the batteries and it reset itself after a bit of time. couldn't hurt to try.

    I have speed turtle on my 2018 2500. I needed a security bypass thing I got on this forum as well. (didn't use the speed turtle one). works great, no lights to install, truck looks stock. I can configure the light pattern, but the standard one works fine for me. very visible, very cost...

    2018 RAM Security Module Bypass

    Radio working normally in the morning. I guess it recovered. It did not do the update. Didn't loose my radio presets or anything. Skipped going to the dealer. If it wants to update again I'll try to say no..

    Radio is original. It did boot up ok after recovery but stuff is missing like satellite and backup button doesn't work. I called the dealer, they said new radio as well... I've got a good dealer, they'll get it taken care of.

    All, just wanted to know if this was related. Truck said it needed any update and to schedule it. I told it to do it and then it bricked with error code 20. I pulled the battery cables and it's now reverting to previous software version. I'm just wondering if I should have pulled the security...

    This thread I believe is just about the air ride on the 1500s, which is the problematic ones. The 2500 and up are totally different systems.
