    Electronic Cut-Out

Which is why I want the electric cut off. So I can open it when I want to annoy people. Because like you said, that's always fun. Lol. I don't want to be an ass ALL the time. Just when it's called for. Lol

    Electronic Cut-Out

Hey guys. What's a good electric cut-out to get for my 2012 1500? I have a Borla cat back (not that it matters for this) want something that's reliable and durable but doesn't cost and arm and I leg. I saw one on Amazon made by SpecD Tuning for $125 but no reviews. Found another on Summit...

    Nait in Tire

Ok guys. Have an issue I haven't come across before. I have 295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers on my truck. I saw a nail in it the other day about an inch in from the sidewall. Apparently this is the "shoulder" area. Well today I pulled the nail to plug it. After I pulled the nail I heard no air...

    Borla exhaust resonator.

Hello all. I'm sure this has been asked 1000 times before but here goes 1001. Yesterday while coming home from work my right exhaust pipe fell off my truck. I'm assuming the idiots that installed it didn't clamp it real well. I know they didn't weld it. Anyway, while this exhaust pipe was off I...

    Retro-fit

Yeah. I spent 20 min on the phone with them already and watched their videos. They were back ordered on the Butyl so I got some off eBay. Their video says bake at 270° for 7 minutes

    Retro-fit

Yeah. They way my work schedule is set up I work 10 days and have 5 days off. So I'll do it on my 5 days off and take my time. And trust me, I'm going to seal the crap out of those lights. Lol

    Retro-fit

Just got off the phone with TRS and ordered them and new bulbs since I'm sure the bulbs that came with the headlights aren't the best quality. I'm just scared as hell about opening up brand new headlights. Never done it before

    Retro-fit

I just ordered the new projectors and bulbs from TRS. I'm scared as hell about opening up these brand new headlights and replacing the projectors to be honest. Hope it goes well. *fingers crossed*

Yes I agree. But I can't twist it without cracking open the housing.

I have Spyder ccfl's in my 2012 Ram with HID's. Love the lights but the light output from the HID's isn't what I had hoped and the beam pattern/cut off is a little cockeyed. Apparently this is due to Spyder using crappy projectors (expected that). Question is, where can I get GOOD projectors to...

    Rigid vs HID

I have 6000k hid low beams and when I turn on my rigids they def over power my hid's. Well, the spots do. I can def see their lights spread over the hid's. The floods are just as bright at the spots but of course not as a concintrated a beam. Maybe I'll just switch em off when I see on coming...

    Rigid vs HID

I'm getting flashed I think because the outside rigids are spot pattern. Even adjusted as low as I can aim then they are still blinding when I'm standing 30 feet away looking at them. Hell, when I go under a bridge or over pass I still light the ceiling of the overpass.

    Rigid vs HID

I have rigid industries Dually 2" LED lights in replacement of my factory fog lights. On each side I have a 2" spot on the inside and a 2" flood on the outside. They are bright but I get flashed a lot when driving down the road with them on. Question is if I reinstall my factory fog lights but...

No. Not that simple. Lol. They are Spyder CCFL halo's. 6000k HID's

    Projector aiming

I have to take off the dust cover under the hood, take off the grill, open up the little door on the wheel well splash guard to pull down the plastic retaining clip that holds the light, then remove the light to get to the adjustment knobs on the back of the light. Then re seat the light to see...

    Projector aiming

There may be a thread on this already but here goes. I just installed my aftermarket HID lights. They look great but here's my problem. At what height do I aim them? I have a 2012 Ram 1500 with a 2.5 inch front leveling kit and sitting on 34's. I did what I've read, measure to the center of your...

    Bull bar light bar

I was going to mount a 20" Rigid Industries light bar on my new bull bar bit after measuring some things I don't see it happening. The light bar would cover half of my front tag and the lovely state of Maryland requires you to have a front tag displayed. I don't understand why I need two plates...

    HID's

Didn't say I could drive around with light bars. Legally. I can drive around with the replacements I got for my factory fog lights though. And the problem with retro fitting my stock lights is (if I'm not mistaken) I have to send my headlights away to have it done right? I don't have another...

    HID's

So, on xenondepot website I see an HID kit that would allow the HID bulb to fit right into the factory light assembly. Question is this, are HID bulbs too bright to go into a normal headlight assembly? Are they better suited for projectors? I just watched a video that said they are too bright to...

    Body alignment

Hey guys, I noticed a while ago that the front passenger side of my truck, the body/panels seem to be out of alignment. The front quarter panel sticks out past the headlight by a good bit. Maybe a 1/4 of an inch. And the corner of the hood hangs over the light a little too. The divers side is...
