MPG 3.92 compared to 3.21 ?
Fuel eco can vary a lot between person to person due to driving habits, climate, environment/terrain, engine mileage. MPG differences would also be assuming you would drive both gear sets exactly the same. Bottom line is the difference is negligible and we are already talking about a truck that...- mohemipar

AEV Procal
I don’t think you can do anything 100% to the TPMS with just the Procal. I reconfigured my thresholds with the Procal but nothing was completed until the dealer flashed the truck.- mohemipar

Difference between 2015 and 2018 model trucks
I agree with everyone saying go new. It's a pain but go to 2 or 3 different dealers and see who gives you the best deal. The new 8 speed will be a huge difference in capability and driveability.- mohemipar

It could be possible that they are (were?) planning to basically just keep the bat shit supercharged stuff at the top and drop the NA Hemis... K&N drop in air filter and my MPG's
I’ve always thought adding parts to try and get more response and then wanting better MPG is kind of counterproductive anyway. I have to say I think Ford made the 2020 Super Duty look a little too much like the F150 with the grill and headlights. Now unless you have a 450 dually they all kind of look the same to me. The 6.4 is a beast and a good platform to work with. I can imagine just pairing it with the 8 speed already helped immensely to put the power down. But in the next year or two they’ll have to do something to respond to the numbers on paper. They take that game seriously. There’s no way I see...- mohemipar

Fuel economy will be interesting. The 10 speed will help, but except for a few cosmetics like the grill the exterior of the truck is identical to the 2017-2019 model. Ram claims the 2019 HDs are now the most aerodynamic HD truck on the market.- mohemipar

But the 5.7 isn’t made to compete with the Mustang GT. It’s the 392. The 5.7 will be the first Hemi replaced, but I wouldn’t call it a has been quite yet though. A Tale of 4 Exhausts on a 6.4 Hemi
Good comparison and info. I had the Mufflex w/ resonator set up since the truck was practically brand new. Did just enough for me to get some sound. It actually did make it a heck of a lot louder sounding than stock. Stock is down right pathetic. It is especially louder at cold starts and WOT...- mohemipar

A lot can play into this. We have no idea how much weight the OP had in his truck. Not sure what gears you have in your truck but if you have 3.92’s and OP has 3.21’s it makes a difference. I have no idea what gears 5.0 F150’s come with from the factory. Or OP was mistaken and the Furd was a 3.5...- mohemipar

V6 exhaust noise
I’d guess it’s just the way your exhaust has broken in. In my experience they reach their loudest between 5-10k miles.
