I'm attempting to replace the ignition switch today, but can't remove the steering column covers. They're two solid pieces with no exposed screws... help?
1984 w150
Oh dear god... I thought the stock diagram was bad. Could I continue to use your wisdom in identifying the two items circled? The R6D-10bk at the bottom looKS like it goes over to the next page but it doesnt... also I couldn't find the top connections?
Crazy one last thing on wiring: does this connection use a connector of some kind or can I solder it together?

I've been doing some major wire repair to an 84 w150. I've made my way back to the bulkhead connector. Now that I'm here I'm looking at the various wires going into it and they're not matching up with the wiring diagram from the haynes manual. I'm currently working on #23 in the connector...
I picked up an 84 w150 a few weeks ago as my first attempt at a project vehicle. It's been sitting for several years, and the previous owner did some unconventional wiring around the engine... does anyone have a picture of just a stockish engine bay I can look at as a reference?
