roll pan came a lot quicker than expected. Factory bumper came off very easy...... but the hitch on the other hand not so much. that thing is a real pain in the ass :roflsquared: anyway did a quick test fit of the roll pan and drilled my holes for mounting. Traction control?
This might be a dumb question, but does my truck have traction control.... and if it does how can i disable it? I've tried looking around and i cant find a clear answer, they are mostly for the newer trucks. I tried looking for a fuse to pull and i cant find anything there. I have a 04 1500...- BOSterdahl

Gave her a wash now that I'm back home in GA. Seeing all the little scratches and swirls makes me want to paint or plasti dip it. I think that plum crazy purple and black would be pretty sexy.- BOSterdahl

Went to the hardware store and got a length of 3/16th weld steel and some epoxy. Also got my knob in the mail today. A bit of work later and my manual defrost is finished. All the way right is dash vents, left if defrost and floor. Works very well and it doesn't look terrible IMO.- BOSterdahl

Drove her for the first time in a week. Been a bit pre-occupied with my mustang project lol. I finally got around to ordering a guitar knob for my manual defrost, will be redoing it when it comes in...hopefully friday. Can post some mustang pictures if any of you are interested in it.- BOSterdahl

Tried to fix my no defrost problem. My vent selector switch doesn't work at all, air only comes out of dash vents.... Which is better than i could be. Ended up taking the ENTIRE dash out to get to the mode door actuators. Both motors are shot and need to be replaced. I don't think the doors...- BOSterdahl

Right. But i would much rather pay $50-100 now and just have it sit around until i can do my gears rather than $400+ for a new unit. Just buying the whole axle may be a better option though, as long as it will fit in my lowered locator brackets which i don't see being an issue. Anybody...- BOSterdahl

Played around with a Harley Davidson f150 on some back roads for a bit. It was fairly close, but hemi beats a supercharged ford:flipthebird:. Makes me want boost. Also, my straight pipes are growing on me but the lady friend is making me change it.- BOSterdahl

New Muffs
Ive been wanting a new muffler for a while now, so today i got a little bored and took an angle grinder to my exhaust... Now i "need" one right? It sounds okay but is a bit too raspy for my liking.
