I have the McGaughys 2/4 drop .Get a hellwig rear sway bar. I don't notice any sway in the rear. My problem is the rear sway bar end links, they squeak . I can't stand the noise. There is a thread on end links in this section , gonna change mine out to something better.

Pretty sure your gonna have to change injectors and pump. I believe it's 105 octane. I would look into doing a methanol injection kit. Increases octane level and helps against detonation. I had both E85 and methanol on my turbo Silverado.
Gamester , have you looked into the Mahle forged drop in pistons? You don't have to re-balance the rotating assembly. Run up to 12lbs of boost! Do a blower cam for more power too!

I'm debating the magnuson kit vs the procharger kit. The maggie will hit full boost damn near right off idle , great low to top end power. You could get a blower cam and add methanol injection for more power.
Nobody makes turbo kits for our trucks. I'm sure you could get one custom done if you have unlimited funds. I had a turbo kit on my Silverado , loved it. You can contact on3performance , link below. Maybe they can create something for you.

Magnuson kits come with the TVS2300 for our trucks. I assume you could opt for the TVS1900. After researching it looks like the TVS1900 would work better on a 5.7 stock motor. TVS2300 would work better on bigger cubic inch / stroker motors with ported heads. I sent Magnuson an email about the...
I wouldn't buy it yet . Do your 2" inch rear drop and see how it goes. I have all the spohn adjustable , qa1 shocks , and hellwig bars on my RCSB 2/4 drop. Good stuff, but you may not need it.
