    As long as your truck is under warranty still, I don't see why they wouldn't warranty it. I had the same thing happen to mine but mine is out of warranty so I just replaced it myself.

    Well I tried 2 different USB drives this time and am on try #6. Then it got to where froze last time and then this screen popped up. So I'm guessing I cannot update and my uconnect is now bricked?

    Got the update to start but it keeps freezing up in one area. Tells me to unplug the usp and try again. I have done this 3 times and every time it freezes up.

    I just downloaded the file to a thumb drive but when I plug it into my 2014 truck it says files not supported and doesn't bring up the option to update. I'm currently on version 17.11.17. Anybody else have this issue?

    The part number that is listed on the part and the package is 55057335AB, for that U-joint part and that is a oem part from mopar. I went to a dealer and ordered the part.

    Update. I got the New hub and the u-joint coupling will be here tomorrow. I'm going to replace both since I will be right there doing the hub. I'm done with the dealers and will fix my own truck.     I'm probably going to take it to a different dealer. The part has a 2 year warranty on it and the dealer just seems to want to keep replacing the part instead of actually figuring out what is wrong.
