Weird rough idle every few weeks shortly after starting.

Weird rough idle every few weeks shortly after starting.
I'm trying to find out myself my threads don't seem to be getting replies , my truck is doing the exact same thing, I've cleaned TB, and throttle position sensor . still does it from time to time 2003 4.7- Dbowling19

Truck surging
My 03 will surge about 3 minutes into warm up, if I give it a little gas it will stop ,don't do it every time but I noticed the lights dim with the surge and the rpms are normal? Any help.- Dbowling19

Truck surging
My 2003 RAM has a little issue, tho it's not every crank cycle it may do it once a week or less. When I crank it maybe 4 minutes into the warm up the engine starts convulsing periodically, noticed the light dim with the surge and the rpms do not jump up and down.
