If you're still looking, here is another option. Have put about 130,000 miles on this one. Just had to make my own mounting bracket.

Probably to do with emissions. During warm up, the engine produces the most emissions. The faster they can get it to warm up, the less emissions output it will produce.
I don't have a 6.4 or a 2500 but I have found tire choice made the biggest impact on MPG. I believe that's why they put those terrible tires on the trucks from the factory. I used to pretty easily get 20-22 MPG on the highway with my 1500. I changed to very slightly larger BFG KO2 AT tires and...
Mine does this occasionally. Probably a 1 in 30 occurrence. Haven't worried about it since I don't remote start often as it is plus being an intermittent problem.
2016 quad cab, 5.7 31k miles. Have only done mods and maintenance.

Or go with the ARH headers with muffler of choice, something like a Carven R.
Thanks for posting this, I'll be following the progress. Planning on maybe doing some FI next year. Will be either this kit or a whipple depending how the pricing looks.
Awesome, thanks. Looks like I'll keep it on my short list for oil shopping.
No problems running straight 0w40 in the 5.7? MDS is disabled via tune. Also running a larger, Wix 51060XP oil filter rated for 9-11 gpm.
What's the consensus on mobile 1 0w-40? I ordered some since it's $26/6qts right now on amazon. I usually run straight PUP 5w-30.
I know some of you mix PUP 0w-40 with PUP 5w-30. Think I should mix it down a bit? Will be used with Wix XP filter.
I don't have any hemi-tick at this time, so not...
Most people do a 180 t stat and custom tune as well, but its not required.
The factory e fan is already programmed to come on with the A/C and when running warm. If you do a thermostat and tune, the tuner can program it to come on earlier.
