    Another difference is the color matched "RAM" grill if you select the Sport package. I seeing some people are against it and prefer the color match crosshair grill instead.

    I have a 2018, TMobile, and a Samsung, but don't have any issues at all. Android Auto works smooth also. Maybe they can re-flash your unit with the latest software.

    New Truck Bug...

    Kudos for being able to repel the bug. I was in the same boat but wasn't strong enough to resist. During my research, I found out that the 2014+ are more efficient of the 4th gen. Even tho the EPA is on a power trip, the Cummins is still a solid power horse.

    I'm pretty sure it's all generic hardware. You can order the M8 riv-certs or see if you can get a hardware kit from your local parts department. No right or wrong way.

    Air bags will help, but you really need a longer drop shank. Your trailer tongue is low and your truck sit high. You want your trailer to ride and sit level, it cant when your ball is that high. It will ride nose high along with your truck. Balance it out.

    You need M8 riv-certs for the nut shaped holes and drill two 1/4" holes for the 'lip.'

    You can also annotate your maintenance on your MOPAR account. That'll save you from carrying a journal or binder full of receipts and can be pulled at the dealer to show you kept everything up to par.

    Don't tow before 500 miles, the gears have to settle in. During the 1st 500 miles of towing or driving with a heavy load don't exceed 55 mph. This is to let everything settle in properly.

    I've used both 91 and 89 octane on my 1500. Only used 89 for daily driving and 91 for towing. Believe it or not, 91 performed a smudge better and according to the EVIC save 1-2 MPG with the same load on a full tank of 91 vs 89 (never hand calculated it) in stock configuration. Is it worth it...
