Anybody have experience with the Nitto 420V tires?

A few years ago I wanted the 420s, but they were out of stock, I got the nitto 421qs in a 275/60r20, they were initially good in the wet, after about 10k they wore funny, road like ass, and were heavy as hell to boot. I will never buy an asymmetrical tire again. I had better luck with blacklion...

    Want to lower rear

I never had an issue with ride quality and using stock shocks lowering the rear on my 12 and 16 both rcsb. Used mcgaughys 44055 on both, both were a little higher in the rear. Now lowering it 2/4 and getting it to ride right, that was an expensive rabbit hole.

https://suspensionsuperstore.com/2009-2018-ram-1500-2wd-4wd-premium-2-rear-lowering-coils-272920#! You can use airlift bags that go in the springs for loads. I have the 60824 kit, but my truck is lowered 2/4. I had the mcgaughys 44055 kit on my truck before I lowered it fully, road fine, no...

Belltech 2/4 drop - Need new front shocks

I'm currently running doetsch tech nitro slammers front and rear, they're a lot firmer than the belltech nitros. I had good ride with kyb monomax and had some kyb excel gs front and rear that rode nice, but were too soft for the country roads I used to live on. May put those back on at some point

Truck got rear ended can I swap bumpers?

My 2016 lowered Express got rear ended at a stop light. Initial quote is close to 8k after they add for my sway bar. I have the factory dual exhaust bumper, thinking of seeing if I can swap this to the paintable bumper with no cutouts, and since my exhaust is fubared on the driver side...

    What exhaust are you running

I like the Jones flow pack pretty well, not too much drone, good idle, sounds awesome when you floor it. Favorite is still the Gibson mwa race muffler, this is probably 3rd favorite. Bang for buck it's the best, it was 35 bucks fron summit, already had a y pipe, 70 bucks to get it welded

Fuel Sensor Fail... should I fix it?

I just had mine done last week, cost me 900 parts and labor, also had to pay for a rental car for a few days. The whole pump wasn't bad, but the sensor is built into it. Either way makes sense to replace the whole thing to me than have to go back and replace the pump later.

Do you have to remove tail pipes when replacing muffler?

I just helped my buddy put my old proven ground muffler kit (similar to a magnaflow 14 inch)on his truck. His is a 2017, had to cut one of the tailpipes at the stock muffler. Honestly if I was doing it again I'd sawzall the stock tail pipes at as close to the muffler as possible and just take...

how to level my reg cab ram 1500 ?

I did the mcgaughys leveling kit initially, it still had a rake. I bought a set of the belltech 4 inch rear springs for a crew/quad cab when I WAS trying to sort some ride issues out with my belltech 2/4 kit, sat about 3/4 an inch higher. Might level the back just right with stock front. It's a...
