Max stick to what is known. Custom tuning hit up Hemifever or Greene Racing. If you just want a canned tune, get a Diablo or Superchip. Dont fall for anything other than these. :waytogo:
By stock intake resonator, are you referring the this stock "hat" intake?
I wouldn't suggest tapping the nitrous "shark" nozzle into this. You should buy a nitrous plate or get a cold air intake to tap the "shark" nozzle into. Yes you can get the fuel directly from the fuel rail test port...
Yep, junkyard all the way. I went thru 3 or 4 rebuilt Sharadon trans and it would never hold up. Went with junkyard trans and have been on the same junk yard maybe since 2013... a long ass time
Loving it. Makes driving around town a bit unpredictable because at times it will surge when coming to a stop and truck will die out. Performance makes up for this though. :) Especially since it's not my daily driver anyway.
I would suggest hitting up Jay Greene for the 03 pcm tuning, he has tuned a friend's 03 pcm with a pretty radical cam. Jay Greene is on FB. I wouldn't be too concerned driving it without an a/f wideband if you are just putt-ing around. I would not go wide open throttle though. I did run the...
start with the basics
Cold air intake
Exhaust (you've done)
Tune
Then go for gears, longtubes, torque converter, cam...and the list could keep going lol
I've had e-cutouts on my truck since 2008. Sounds really mean with them open but I only open them when at the track as it is crazy obnoxiously loud.

added summit underdrive pulley myself. just one piece of the puzzle to the grand scheme of performance. Did notice an increase in throttle response. and I didn't make any changes to my alternator and have had no issues.
What I have read others try is to increase timing until they see knock in their datalogs. Also increase fuel. I have never performed this myself so I can't really speak as to how one actually goes about doing this with their handheld tuner.
Torque to yield bolts will stretch during final torquing upon install. Because they stretch is the main reason one should not re-use them. When I replaced my heads, I just went with replacement OEM head bolts from the dealership.
Smart man, once you hit the track you get hooked. Its like crack. You want more and more power to get the times to drop. It never ends lol :roflsquared:
Inertia Motorsports are stand up guys. They know their shit pretty good. If you go back and ask them these same questions they will be able to answer them for you. Or talk it over with Jay Greene who is very knowledgeable on cams for these trucks.
