    i found out it can be done with an autel scanner, some people have bought there own to do it with the same steps at the witech i have an autel in maryland and was able to do it to my own 2016 2500 running 45f 40r

    from the parts department at a ram dealer. most people have been telling the parts manager they need a key programmed and they have someone that car do it.
