I mounted some on the frame behind the headlights and some on the front cross support in front of radiator. Plastic piece covers it up and easy to access.

Finally de-badged my truck. With the Vegas heat the finishing line went thru like butter. Used an eraser wheel and a little wipe of degreaser to get the last bit. Still need to wash it.

Might depend on what year. But if u tap into your parking lights u should be ok as long as u don't delete the actual light.

I went with fuel 18x9 (305/65/18) with Nitto's from stock 17's and Goodyear's. 2wd with 1.5" leveling spacers in front. No rub at anytime. I wanted to keep sidewall so that's why I didn't go 20's.

Take your time opening. If it's white ur trying to color match make sure it's a match. I tried the dupli color perfect match and never was really happy with it. Might of been the clear coat. If your going to open them u should upgrade to projectors and HID. And so u don't have to rush I would...
Honestly I kinda agree with LEDs in projectors. might not technically be as bright as HID but bright enough. Still better then stock halogen and definitely better then HID or LEDs in halogen housing.

My guess is they did that so it doesnt hit the truck if it get caught on something like a tree branch. Only practical reason I can think of.
