And 10 days later they arrive.
Thanks again OP. Talk about a well designed part. It's very well braced internally. I'll try to get these installed in the next week or two.
Just wanted to give you a big thank you! I've run out of USB port locations for my 2018 3500 CC build. https://forum.expeditionportal.com/threads/2018-ram-3500-expedition-family-adventure-vehicle.193342/
I'm adding some locations to the front, but could not for the life of me find a good rear...
:roflsquared: I actually made a quick disconnect with easy disconnect plugs for just such an occasion. I don't think I will be throwing that money down the drain anytime soon. I can have them off in probably under a minute. I need them however for where I live down by the mouth of the bay. When...
Thanks!
No the sPod supplies power from the control box mounted under the hood. Just one wire to hook up, and it controls 8 different signals, along with supplying the touch screen controller with power.
This has been the talk since 2015 on Allpar. It has been a long time coming now, I'm just sad that it is finally here. 6.4 production won't be far behind it. And 6.2 Hellcat production cut will be 2021. Sucks
I didn't include it in this thread yet, but I also have added some AMP Research power steps. I've had them on since around May, and it has been a great addition to the truck. Way better than the Mopar tube steps that came on the truck originally, and now nothing hangs low when I am offroad.
Thanks brother.
I finished fully wiring in the Ambers to the sPod. They work pretty damn well. I still need to fine tune the aim, but they are not bad for now.
This is standard low beam and ambers only. The camera doesn't quite pick it up, but the diffused amber lighting is...
I think you hit the nail on the head here. I've seen dealers have to replace new tires, yours might just be one that is in that pool. Tires aren't designed to sit like that for long periods with no movement.
I guess this thread got moved... Couldn't find it for a while. Lol
Thanks JB1. I might do that later. For now I guess this will do.
I also added my IPF Ambers and wired them up yesterday.
Well give them a good swift kick in the balls for me, and tell them to hurry the hell up already. There isn't enough instant gratification going on. LOL.
Thanks for the info good sir! :favorites13:
Believe it or not, I still dig the chrome. I may do something different in the future, but for now I'm going to rock it as is. Thanks for the ideas, and for posting a great looking truck. :favorites13:
OME makes great stuff as well. For the pricepoint, his stuff is really hard to beat.
Here...
Thanks! :favorites13:
They really do. The quality of the bumper was really good. And I have never in my life seen parts packaged as well as this bumper was. It's really hard to describe. It was a bear however to assemble. I'm glad my wife was free today. LOL
I had an sPod on my Jeep. I...
I also added the sPod to the truck. I have other lights to add, and I still need to wire up those lights, as well as the ARB twin compressor. The last pic gives you some idea of the direction of the build.
