    Most likely the bils were installed wrong, either the cup or the washer, most likely the washer, it goes on before the spring cup. I would have them check it first.

    You can clear 35s with a 4 inch, alot of people clear 35s with just a level and trimming. I assume people run 6 vs 4 due to being almost the same cost, but you get more height.

    The best advice you can get, go to harbor freight or where ever and buy a passthrough ratchet set. Use it for the top nut, you will not regret doing this.
