I had the same issue on my 2016, it was a faulty trailer brake module which is behind the dash. If you disconnect the wire to it and drive for a bit it should go away. -

2015 Laramie Longhorn water leak--front passenger floor
There are 2 drain holes one on each side of the the truck under the windshield wiper plastic cowl. They usually get full of debris, you are going to need a thin bottle brush and and air compressor to clean them out. -

What did you do with your 5th Gen this week?
I was able to find a new in box Mopar 77072428AC intake locally for cheap. Installed it on my 5.7 with Etorque, looks great, install was pretty easy any straight forwards.- Deepc6

What did you do with your 5th Gen this week?
Debadged the truck, installed a Bakflip Max 4 bed cover, changed the high mount brake lights to LEDs, installed a RAM mount laptop mount. I was a bit hesitant as I required me cutting the passenger seat lower side panel, lastly a full detail.- Deepc6

Husky Mud Flaps and Weathertech mats.
I like husky better than the weathertech which I bought first. Unfortunately I think they rub with your setup.
