    haven't had any temperature issues with the gutter guard screen - it flows plenty of air. I will say after having this on for over 2 years it still looks great and appears to have stopped everything it has come into contact with. Can't find any flaws in my intercooler at all.

    I know this thread is starting to get a bit stale, but I'd recommend not putting too much emphasis fuel economy on a new truck. Diesels need to be broken in, and it seems (to me) the harder you work them early, the better they run down the road. I will tell you this, my truck loves to tow...

    few things I noticed on underside

    they might have spilled some fluid on the exhaust, diesel exhaust gets very hot, it will most certainly burn off. if it's on the front of the trans, check the rear main. You may want to look into a fumoto oil drain valve. Makes oil changes in these truck about as clean as it gets.

    yep, especially with diesel, if I run really low, I expect to either A.) not fill up all the way, or B.) run the card twice. I'm not a fan of the limits at the pump.
