Hello all,
I have a 2020 ram sport. I have the factory remote start but I do not have the factory equipped 4G capability. I would like to be able to add the ability to connect to my truck via the app to be able to remote start it during the winter. Is it possible to add this option to a truck...
I have been seeing a lot of reviews online that the Rough Country kit is far poorer quality than the ReadyLift kit.
I also came across this video in another forum that pretty much sealed the deal for me on it.
But now I am leaning more towards waiting and getting the Zone 4" down the road. I...
Hi,
I am sure this has been asked lots, but I'm considering ordering the 3.5" ReadyLift SST kit for my 2020 sport. I am looking for opinions from those who have the kit installed on exactly how much stiffer the ride quality got. Is it just slight or is it a very noticeable difference?
If I am just leaving the stock speakers alone and adding subs to the system, can I just tap into the one of the rear speaker wires for the signal to the lc2i to feed the amp?
Thanks for the info guys, I am going to look at ordering components in the near future, just wanted to get an idea of how it will all go together and what to get.
I'm having a hard time finding an AmpPRO unit that fits the 12 and older trucks. Regardless I don't plan to do anything else other than new subs/amp, so I have a hard time justifying the cost. This Net Audio cable seems very simple and clean, I will look into that vs the LC2i.
That setup looks good! Sound quality is good using the stock sub wires? What box did you use? I see a few options but there are a lot of poor reviews on build quality on a lot of them.
I'm just trying to wrap my head around that, I don't know a lot about car audio. So with the factory sub plug, are you taking the signal from the head unit that would be fed to the factory sub and feeding it into the amp instead, which would send it to the new sub?
I have done a lot of browsing online, I am having a hard time finding a clear answer to what I would like to do. I am thinking about replacing the factory sub/amp in the Alpine system, and tying it into the factory touch screen head unit. I've been thinking about going with 2 10" subs with an...
Hi guys,
I have a 2012 3500 with the factory touchscreen head unit. I saw one for sale online today and the menu on it is all black instead of the bright blue? Is there some way a guy could change this?
Only thing is, it started the letters turning yellow and reving long before I ever had the remote start put in.
The yellow has got to be something. They only turned yellow yesterday for a brief second in between start attempts. But still, it's happened every time I've had this issue...
Yeah, I wouldn't even know where to start taking the remote start out. I had it installed by a shop. If this happens again I'm going to have to take it to the dealer and if they try and say that's what the issue is then I'll have to deal with the shop that installed it.
Hi guys,
So I traded my 08 Cummins 3/4 ton for a 14 1 ton in March. Over the past few months this issue I'm having seems to be gradually getting worse.
At first when I began to notice it, I stop at my mail box at the end of my street on my way home from work. Put the truck in park and go grab...
Yeah I don't want to ruin them lol. There's an actual business in town that does the headlights (should've went there to begin with) and have them swap out lenses for me. I'll have to try and find another cheap stock set if they don't have lenses
So I just picked up my headlights last night from a local guy that paints them up. Went to put them in today and noticed he scratched them to hell. Needless to say I am very disappointed cause he did a great job otherwise and they look great on my truck. Not sure if the scratches are on the...
