I bought a painted bumper off of eBay from a seller called mbiauto. Arrived in perfect condition and looks great and it was a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a bumper and having it painted or powder coated. I got quotes on both.
I just saw a really cool gps unit that was integrated into the rear view mirror at crutchfeild.com. Best of both worlds for keeping the dash uncluttered if you want to keep the factory head unit.
You're ugly! Just kidding buddy. I don't think I've ever seen any solid fiber glass covers for ram box. since they typically have a lip that goes over the rail they wouldn't work in theory. I think backflip makes one but I think you'd be good with any hard plastic either rolling or trifold...

Pretty sure there is a step by step thread on how to retrofit quad headlights that jj posted on here. I followed his thread for doing my 3rd gen and didn't have any major snags.
How much is this going to run you because that heavy duty canvas is pretty expensive? I ask because you can get "open box" items on Amazon cheap. I just picked up a tonnopro tri fold for $200. I'd think your going to be at $100 in materials.
I think you should just drop the front with the bilsteins a setting or two. You'll easily clear your 35's still and you'd straighten out your uca angle at the same time...but you know what they say about opinions :)
I had a 40 series on my 4.7 and it was terrible. I ended up going with a dynopro from a local exhaust shop that still sounds like a truck but doesn't kill you on the highway...I'd think an 18 inch magnaflow would be fine
