3 Cans, let the can sit in hot/warm water for 20 min so that the spray is more even. Just as easy as everyone says it is. Need to redo the running boards, going to actually take them off and paint them.
I can post a picture tomorrow. Have the rubber Ram one. Doesn't move in the bed but screwed it down in the front in case anyone wanted to walk off with it. I'm happy with it, the piece that screws into the tailgate is bent up a bit from pulling stuff out of the bed.
I was looking at CBTBOB's camper top, maybe its not connected correctly? I know wiring those can be tricky because you dont want your 3rd camper top light to light up every time you use a turn signal.
Did you guys take out your 3rd brake light? In the last two pics the 3rd brake light wasn't showing up and it looked like you had the brakes depressed. About to hook mine up and was curious about having 4 brake lights
Have only had the truck for a few months now and have a list of things I want to get done. I don't have the money to do everything at once so any input on which ones to get knocked out first would be helpful. Should I lift it before buying new tires so that the tires have plenty of room to fit...
RockAuto.com has Bosch Icons for 14.91 and 14.92. Love using rock auto for wiper blades they're always the cheapest. Even replaced my fiances taillight, always the cheapest option
Really like the setup you currently have, it is a lot of black though. That's what you get when you go for the blackout look though haha. Big fan of the chrome clad wheels on my truck just want better/more aggressive rubber. Good luck - post pics if you decide to get some new ones. Perfect...
Looks better without. Easy to kick ice/slush off the flaps vs letting it build up on the running board. Saves the paint a bit. I'll probably put them back on.
I have the quad halogen headlights, not the projector style. I bought Auxbeam F16 LED lights
(size H11) in my low beams($50) with a canbus adapter ($20). I put their cheaper model the F-S2 ($30) in my fog lights (size 9006) without a canbus adapter which leads me to believe I might not need the...
Stock wheels and tires, 80/20 city/highway. Get 17.1-18 in the city and around 18.3-20 on the highway depending on how late I am haha. I also have progressive snapshot so I tend to coast a lot bc it dings you if you brake quickly so I tend to roll up to red lights, stop signs etc.
Get some 33" tires of anything more agressive, 275/60/20 will fit on your current setup without lift/level. Depends on how much money you want to spend. K02s, Falken Wildpeaks, Wrangler Duratacs, Nitto Graplers are all good looking aggressive treads.
I can call around, not many tire shops in the city even want to put used tires on it was hard finding one. The ones that will are smaller shops that said they can't put 35" tires on.
I bought a set of used tires with about 6/32 and was going to put them on my 2014. Turns out the tire shop won't put the 1/4" spacers on. I wanted to try out a bigger tire to see if I liked it without spending $1,300 for new ones. They say the 35x12.5x20 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro won't fit on my...
