All I can say is if you can afford the trx get it..I ordered mine from koons in November 21 level 2 , carbon fiber, red accent, moon roof, bed group. Only things I didn't get were ram bar, tire carrier and decals. They did 10k off msrp with price protection. When I finally got it in june the...- BBhorn

4 sale PC 31 pedal commander

UConnect Delaminating- FCA/Stellantis won’t help
Im going through the same thing now. I went to my dealer and they documented the screen is delaminating and needs replacement. They told me to contact fca and they should replace it. Did you go to the dealer to get documentation?- BBhorn

Hello @RamCares , I have been to my dealership and they have documented that my radio needs replacement do to delamanation. Hopefully this is the time that you can help please. Do to my truck being an 18 it is out of coverage with only 32000 miles. I was told to contact chrysler customer... -

Lol its funny you say that about the Laramie. The other day my brother said why don't you just trade it in for a new one. I love my truck but this screen thing is really becoming a pita. I might take a ride to the dealer this weekend just to look :gr_grin: -

Yes it was from ebay and they said I can return it withouta problem. I also asked if all the screens they have are from the same batch. They said yes. Keep us updated on the mopar unit I may check into that option. Thanks -

Well that didn't take long. Less then a week and the screen is delaminating already. I connected the seller for a return. I dont know what to do next. -

I had some time today and was able to replace the screen, also put the polar thermal pads in. I followed the you tube video and it was fairly easy. Everything works perfect for now. I will give an update after I use it for a while. Thanks again @SitKneelBend for all your help.
