    I would buy a single yakima or thule roof bar (and the mounting feet for ram pickups), and mount the bar to that. Rigid and other light bar manufacturers offer tube-mount brackets, and with the square Thule bars you could just bolt it on easily. Using the bar mounts from yakima, thule, etc...

    Dad's new 2014 3500 came with this panel, the associated weatherpack termination box under the hood, and the 8.4AN headunit. His heated/cooled seat controls are now done through the touchscreen, instead of physical switches. I think that's covered in that cumminsforum link too.
